By submitting LEGO items ("the Lot") for valuation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Care, Risk, and Indemnity: While reasonable care will be taken, all LEGO is left at your own risk. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, or theft of the Lot while it is in our possession.
Valuation Timeframe: Valuation timelines vary depending on volume and condition. There is no guaranteed timeframe for completion. You may request the return of your Lot at any time prior to accepting an offer.
Notification & Pickup Window: Once you are notified that your valuation is complete, you have 14 days to either accept the offer or retrieve your Lot. If you do not accept the offer or retrieve your Lot within 14 days of notification, the Lot will be considered abandoned. Abandoned Lots become our property, and no compensation will be owed.
Acceptance of Terms: By leaving your LEGO items with us, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the Lot and that you agree to these terms in full.
